Vanilla cupcakes.-
They are delicious for breakfast or snack, these are easy to make, they come from the same basic recipe of a cake, you can even place chocolate drops, lemon zest, candied fruits in pieces, orange liqueur, to vary the flavor.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of flour all use.
- 1 cup of sugar.
- 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder.
- 115 grams of butter. (At room temperature).
- ½ cup of juice
- 4 eggs at room temperature.
- ½ teaspoon vanilla.


Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the number 9 pots in a tray for cupcakes.

Place the butter in a bowl and beat it for 1 minute. Add the sugar and continue beating for about 3 minutes.
Add the eggs one by one until they are completely mixed, add the flour, and the baking powder sifted.
Continue beating adding the juice and vanilla.
When everything is well mixed, a spoon is used for the next step, to fill the cups one by one, make sure that the distribution is equal and all the cupcakes are the same size.

- Fill the pots up to 3/4, so they do not spill and grow well.

- Bake for about 20 minutes, until the surface of the cupcakes has browned slightly and when inserting a wooden stick it comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. (Note: the recipe is for 24 cupcakes).
