Thai-style Pancake - Roti (โรตี) is Something You Must Try!
This crispy and sweet delicious Thai treat is a favourite amongst locals and travellers alike. It is a pan-fried, wheat pancake which is similar to an Indian flat-bread and is predominantly found in the southern, Muslim parts of Thailand. It is commonly eaten as a snack held in the hand with a wooden skewer, and served either with condensed milk, banana, egg, or a mixture of all of them.
