Hello Steemit, I present my favorite food!
Polish cuisine is heterogeneous, rich and multicultural. Beyond the borders of Polish cuisine is known primarily for its excellent quality meats, stew and vodka. Undoubtedly, Poland is also a country that is famous for its traditional hospitality.
Polish cuisine is a mix of many cultures, traditions and a big break on the regional cuisines, so it is difficult to talk about homogeneity. A huge impact on this state of affairs had a tumultuous history of Polish, geographical location and the strong influence of the neighboring countries. Polish cuisine is often referred to kitchen fat, high-calorie and meaty, but I love her!!!

Flaki - traditional dish meat in the form of a thick soup. Its name is derived from one of the main components: cleaned and cut into thin strips crosswise portions of beef stomach.
You can buy it everywhere in Poland - even on the street
Kapusniak -Cabbage soup - soup with shredded cabbage cabbages and vegetables often broth with smoked bacon, or ribs. Known in Polish cuisine, highland - kwaśnica, Slovak - kapustnica, Ukrainian - капусняк

Simillar to Bigos, but it's a soup. Best with ribs.
