Oh my goodness, you have me salivating over these amazing tarts. Any or all of them, I'll take it ;) Do you make the custard shells ahead and store them? So beautiful! You should be proud of your nephew, what an endeavor. I'm sure he will be an amazing doc!
Thank you my friend, yes the pastry shells can be stored for about a week in an airtight container and longer in the freezer, they are so versatile!
My nephew is an ER doctor now, somehow that's what he enjoys, helping trauma patients, he's amazing young man!
