That is an amazing bowl of soup Amy Every thing good and busy in your world right now? All quiet here...Thanks for the heads up about canned chickpeas...those aluminum cans are horrible! The metal leaching to the foods, not good! As for beets....I eat them every day, love the color in my juices and smoothies, certainly brings a smile to your face :) Be well!
Thanks, my dear. I had two quite days off but back to work. High season is coming. After that, we plan to go on a holiday but that's still far away. In the meantime, we enjoy the peace and quiet during the weekend. Saw a wild civet cat and 4 babies in the garden the other day. Happy to hear you are enjoying beets and the peace and quiet.
