What a beautiful meal @lizelle!!! I've never eaten mussels! This soup looks amazing, no wonder hubby was ooh and ahhhing. I know Mr. Bird would go crazy over this one!! Oh you need to rectify that @birdsinparadise, Mussels really are delicious! I actually made this when we got back as I was longing for the sea ;) We went away midweek, had a really lovely break.
