Burrito with beans and corn: Recipe

In the tortilla you can wrap almost anything. For example, minced meat with canned beans and corn. It turns out an excellent burrito in a hurry. Here is the recipe sharing with you.

Ingredients

• 500 g ground beef;
• 400 g of hard cheese;
• 200 g of canned corn;
• 200 g of canned white beans;
• 100 ml of thick tomato sauce;
• 12 tortillas;
• 1 onion;
• 1 red bell pepper;
• olive oil for frying;
• Salt, pepper and garlic powder - to taste.

Preparation

Onions peel, finely chop and fry with minced meat in olive oil. With corn and beans drain the liquid, peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds and cut into cubes.

Add the vegetables to the stuffing when it becomes soft. Salt, pepper, add ¾ of grated cheese, garlic powder and other spices, pour in tomato sauce. Stir and simmer for a few more minutes.

Tortillas sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Lay out the stuffing on them, fold the envelopes and hold in a dry hot pan for 1-2 minutes.
