Recipe :Japanese Cotton Chase Cakes

Recipe

I'v had some of these before in China and love them. I'm hoping I'll get the chance to try an authentic one in Japan one day. Are these hard to make? I'v seen some other blogs and videos of people trying it before on facebook and failing quite a lot. Would love to give it a try though, it's such a fun giggly dessert haha.
