You really are a talented and meticulous cook and it shows in every thing you do.

There is no doubt which one is number one in my heart, the eggplant. If not for that recipe I'd have gotten through my whole life having never cooked on. Now I have it at least monthly.

But then the argument is on for which one is second. It's like Rock and Roll bands. The Rolling Stones are always first, but who I place second changes pretty routinely. :)
