Just in the nick of time. I bought some cheap cut steaks to continue my work on a low carb chicken fried. I got more than I needed for the chicken fried (schnitzel) project and now I remember what to do with it.

We love fajitas...still working on a better sauce though. Onions and peppers....the restaurant also included chicken with the fajitas, pure heaven. No leftovers with this meal! ;) Thanks for stopping in @bigtom13!
