SINUGBA NGA MOLMOL

This image was taken earlier today when we celebrated out close friend's birthday. We had other dishes but one of the many dishes is this grilled molmol fish. Molmol fish is usually caught by hitting it with a sphere in the deep part of the sea. We bought this fish in local vendors who roam around in our places to sell fresh fish.

Grilled fish is the best while you and you're friends are chilling in the beach. We made a perfect sauce for this dish too.
