Leftover Bread Crusts
If you have someone that doesn't want hairs on their chest so they don't eat their bread crusts, or simply your doing something that requires you to cut them off the bread (We were making Tuna bread cases to put on to Steemit, but one photo was blury and they got eaten before we could get the last photo of them cooked) - what do you do with them apart from give them to the birds?
Do you normally buy packets of breadcrumbs to use on Mac n Cheese, Cutletta (Meat Patti) or in other things, well with spare Bread crusts you can make your own fresh ones.
Method -
Put your left over Bread crusts on a tray - if your oven has just been used place them in just to sit, (oven turned off) they will toast a little. If not a 200 degrees oven for about 5 mins - keep an eye on them. You can golden them if you like, or lightly toast them.
Pull them out of the oven to cool.
Once cooled place them in the blender.
Blitz them - until your happy with the crumb size.
Place the crumbs in a sealed jar to use when your ready. Not surer on the shelf life as they get used within a few days of making them.
