I am surrounded by Amish farms promoting "roll butter" as grass fed. Unfortunately, this is a bold-faced lie. The milky pale yellow color of the rolls does not compare to the rich, deep yellow color of Kerrygold and other grass fed products. Grass makes gold. Fortunately, I am part of a goat herd share and know truly what the animals who make my milk products actually do eat.
