Best way to start the year!
Hello all and happy new year! We have super busy ten days, with the Christmas celebration with our family, then hubby's birthday (@bobydimitrov 😘), then New year's Eve and tomorrow is our boy's birthday.
Just in time for all the celebrations out selection of dried meats is ready. Usually it takes 2 weeks in the cold weather for the meat to dry and cure. We use different spices, smoked red pepper, savory, fenugreek and coriander seeds and more! Does anyone need a recipe?
