Seafood Pate in a creamy sauce 300/50 gram
Ingredients (per serving):
1.Mix seafood- squid, octopus, salmon - 100 gram
2. Mussels-100 gram
3. Shrimp - 3 pieces
4. Zucchini - 30 gram
5. Leeks - 30 gram
6. Tomato - 45 grams
7. Cream 10% - 10 ml
8. Garlic - 5 gram
9. Water - 30 ml
10.Salt
For decoration:
1.Caviar massaga orange (or any other you wish)-TSP
2. Sprouts pea-5 piecesHow to prepare:
- Zucchini cut into rings with a thickness 4-5 mm (3-4 rings per serving); Leeks cut obliquely (1 centimeter); Tomato with heart cut into triangles.
- A dish prepared in a wok (you can use a deep skillet). Zucchini rings FRY until "all dente" add the leeks, then tentatively covered with boiling water mussels and shrimp (without armour and with tails), add water. Add previously chopped tomatoes, cream.
