We just finished off our last batch of kombucha.... our SCOBY is resting comfortably in what my wife likes to call the "SCOBY Hotel" down in our basement. Ordered a specific type of tea from Amazon that she wants to try.... just waiting on it to show up to start the next batch.

Oooh what a life your SCOBY has! What kind of tea is it I wonder? I'm just using plain black tea for now.
