ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!4...Tortilla Spanish

Necessary Ingredients:

-3 potatoes

-3 eggs

-1 tablespoons olive oil

-1 onion

salt, black pepper

-Pet's baked

Preparation:

At first we serve the potatoes and wait for the slices of money. We put it for a while in a bowl of salt water. Meanwhile in a frying pan where we have heated the oil before, add the onion and blush it to soften and get a little bit. Add the potatoes there, stir them up constantly to avoid sticking and blot them into lightning. We throw you salt and pepper.

We beat the eggs in a pot, add them to the potatoes and stir them all together. We put a lid and leave it in slow fire. Leave it for awhile to see that it can be done and removed from the fire. After they have cooled, fill the baked potatoes and serve them. You can discard some oil as you please
