My first post is a mouth watering dish from the western part of Africa .And the popular giant of Africa which is Nigeria from the southern part of Nigeria,is a dish made from palm kernel fruits and starch from a processed cassava , it is Rich in carbohydrates,fat and oils and you can add proteins of your choice such as meat , fish, e.tc..u can salivate if u want!!!
