Banoffee Shots

Ingredients:
Plain biscuits 1 cup
Condensed milk 1 can
Cream 300 ml
Bananas 2
Lemon juice 1
Dark chocolate as required
Beaten cream as required
Method:
For caramel: Put water in deep pan, boil an unopened tin of condensed milk for 5-6 hours and use as caramel.
For assemble: Put 1 tablespoon crushed biscuits into the base of small glass and add 1 tsp caramel.
Cut banana into slices, dip in lemon juice and put 2-3 banana slices in glass.
Then repeat this step, add beaten cream, sprinkle dark chocolate and serve cool.
