Delicious Chitoi Pitha

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Chitoi Pitha". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

1 kilo rice socked for 4 hours
Salt

Process:

It's a traditional pitha. Very easy to make and so delicious to eat. Let's start.

We have socked rice for 4 hours. Now in a blender we have to put rice and water and blend it well. Make a smooth batter. There is a pitha maker available in the market. I'm using it for pitha making. Put the pitha maker in th stove and heat it well. Pour batter in a small portion and cover it. Within 5-10 minutes pitha will be ready.

So delicious to eat along or serve with curry.
