Today I'm gonna share with you all "Carrots Cake 🍰". Hope you'll enjoy it.
Ingredients:
Eggs 5
Liquid Milk 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1 spoon
Mix nuts powder 1 cup
Powder sugar 1 cup
Baking powder 1 spoon
Salt as required
Carrots Gritted 1.5 cup
Flour 2.5 cup
Process:
Take a bowl. Have 5 eggs and powder sugar. With the help of hand bitter mix it well. Add oil, vanilla extract and liquid. Mix again. Keep it aside.
In a bowl add flour and other ingredients. Mix well that no lumps there. Then gradually mix the flour mixture with the eggs batter. Mix with a free hand. Take a pan where you want to set the cake. Brush gree and flour. Pour the batter into it. With the help of another pan make the cake. Double pan will help to not stick to the bottom. Within 30-40 minutes your cake will be ready.
Decorate with cream. A delicious cake for childrens.
