KUAH BEULANGONG "Kari tradisional of aceh" ( IND-ENG)

Sahabat steemians di mana pun berada. Perlu di ketahui daerah "ACEH" dikenal mempunyai kuliner yang khas dan makanan tradisional dan yang berbeda tentunya dengan daerah lain.
Kuliner aceh mempunyai hubungan dengan adat istiadat turun temurun dan berkembang sampai sekarang dan tetap lestari terjaga sampai anak cucuk generasi yang akan datang.
Dan masyarakat aceh bermotivasi dengan motto :
"Adat bak poe teumuruhom, hukom bak syah kuala".
arti semboyan atau motto tersebut adalah
Suatu budaya dari nenek moyang kerajaan islam aceh (penghulu kebudayaan pada masa sultan iskandar muda) itulah "POETEUMEURUHOM."
Dan suatu hukum yang mendasarkan azas agama isalam (ulama besar pada masa kerajaan sultan iskandar muda yang mendasarkan ahlul sunnah waljamaah) itulah "SYAH KUALA."
#### KUAH BEULANGOENG
Kuliner tradisional kuah beulangeng adalah kari daging (kambing/sapi) dan gulai nangka dengan ramuan tradisional.
Kuah beulangoeng mempunyai makna "KEBERSAMAAN".
Pada umum nya kuah beulangong di buat pada penghujung bulan suci ramadhan, setelah malam nuzul quran. Tradisi itu di lakukan sebagai tanda untuk menamatkan khatam alquran yang selalu di lakukan oleh masyarakat ACEH . "Khusus nya masyarakat aceh besar".
Kuah beulangong juga di masak pada acara hajatan dan acara besar lainnya seperti acara pesta pernikahan dan acara penyambutan tamu lain nya.
Perlombaan masak kuah beulangong
Yang lebih unik nya lagi kuliner tradisional aceh ini juga di buat even perlombaan pada agenda tertentu. Acara tersebut juga tidak kalah meriah dengan acara besar lain nya.

Aceh culinary has a relationship with the customs of hereditary and developed until now and remain sustainable until the next generation of generation children.
And the aceh people are motivated by the motto:
"Custom bak poe teumuruhom, hukom bak syah kuala".
meaning the motto or the motto is
A culture of the ancestral kingdom of Islam aceh (the cultural penghulu during the young iskandar sultan) is "POETEUMEURUHOM."
And a law based on the principle of religion isalam (the great scholar of the young sultan iskandar kingdom who based ahlul sunnah waljamaah) that is "SYAH KUALA."

The traditional culinary of beulangeng is a meat curry (goat cow) and jackfruit curry with traditional ingredients.
Beulangoeng sauce has the meaning "KONGGENANCE" . In general his broth beulangong made at the end of the holy month of ramadhan, after the night nuzul quran.
The tradition is done as a sign to finish the Qur'anic khatam always done by the people of ACEH. "Especially the great aceh people".
Beulangong sauce is also cooked at the ceremony and other big events such as weddings and other guests welcome ceremony.
Culinary competition of beulangong broth
What is more unique is the traditional culinary of Aceh is also made for the race event on a particular agenda. The event is also no less festive with other big events.
The ingredients of beulangong broth are:

Coconut milk
Lemongrass
Leaf greeting
Spices
Ground spices
Dried chili
Red chili pepper
Red onion
Garlic
Coriander
Black pepper
Caraway
Clove
Wood is sweet
Coconut
Cardamom
Ginger
Turmeric
