There's a pile of good hippy ingredients in here lol - You can see the Quinoa, celery and carrots.
It was done with a beef base.
I really love spicy things so a ton of black pepper and spices and my homemade and dried hot pepper magic dust I have posted on a few times, that series of making it all and showing everything you need to do it.
