Benefits of Black Pepper

While cooking or reading recipes, you must often encounter two types of pepper, namely black pepper and white pepper. Both are used in the various dishes we eat.

Black pepper and white pepper actually grow from the same plant. however, they both have different processing ways to produce different colors, textures, and flavors that have their own distinctive.

Black pepper is taken from pepper fruits that are almost rotten and dry because of the sun so it has a blackish skin. on the contrary, white pepper is taken from ripe pepper fruits. The next process is to soak the pepper with salt water to peel off and leave only the inside.

White pepper has a more spicy taste than black pepper. but the taste of white pepper is not as rich as the flavor of black pepper that has a more complex flavor. Black pepper has a distinctive and distinctive aroma.

Besides being used in a variety of dishes, pepper is also believed to have medicinal properties such as on asthma therapy and insect bites.
