Healthy Roti at home

Today I am here with the simplest and healthy recipe that is Roti.
It is very popular in India and Nepal. I love to have it with different types of curries and pickles. If you like you can have it with juice, coffee or tea as well.
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour 500 gram
All Purpose Flour 250 gram
Ghee 2 tablespoon
Water 650 ml
First mix the flour. Add ghee and mix with flour properly. Then slowly add water and mix the flour. Repeat the process. Knead the dough properly. Cover with plastic wrap and keep it aside for half an hour.
Take small portion and make it round. Dust the round with flour.
With the help of rolling pin give it to the shape as in figure.
Heat the pan properly. Then in a medium heat, put roti at pan. Let one side be cooked properly first, then flip the roti and let another side be cooked.
Now your roti is prepared. Have it with curd, pickle, coffee or curry.
