Goat satay

hello friend steemit everything tonight I will share the recipe how to make goat satay its very easy way following recipe:

Material:

• Goat meat + lard / fat goat diced according to taste
  *Skewers
• 3 pieces of papaya leaf

Softened seasoning:

• 4 shallot onions
  *4 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon coriander
• salt, pepper
  ➡ Once smooth, put soy sauce and cooking oil and mix well.

Substance:

• sweet soy sauce, butter, oil

Sambal Ingredients:

• 1 diced tomato fruit
• 4 cloves of red onion slices
• chili sauce according to taste
  *Soy sauce

Way:
1.Campur Pieces of meat + fat with spices smoothly. Then wrap with papaya leaves, let stand for at least 30 minutes.

1. Stack the meat + fat into a skewer
2. Prepare a sticky griddle / grill pan, then sate in the spread of ingredients then baked / roasted until cooked. may be smeared several times the material spread.
   4.After cooking, serve on your dining table and enjoy with your family
