Sago Pearl Cake
Sago pearl is a food made of sago, its shape is small round. Usually a white color is simulated even though there is also a mixture of red and green a little.

*Ingredients:
300 grams Sago pearls

50 ml red syrup, whatever the flavor
1/2 teaspoon salt
70 grams of sugar

Salt to taste
How to make:
Soak sago pearl with 1 liter water for 3 hours
After 3 hours, strain the pearl sago.
Mix salt, sugar and syrup, screwed flat,
Move in a pan that was previously washed with margarine.
Then steam for 30 minutes
After cooking, cool it before cutting
Prepare a grated young coconut mix with a little salt.
Spread coconut shredded coconut.
Serve.
