Healthy Friday Salad
Hello green lovers!
I ate too much last night and today I want to balance my diet. I prepared salad at home and take it to my office. I have choosen winter vegetables and apple for this salad.
- As a protein source cheese curd is very good because 100gr cheese curd including 11g proteins.
- The nutrients in buckwheat may contribute to blood sugar control.
- Eating avacado can lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels (btw my triglyceride level is 48)
