Best Summer Dessert HALO-HALO
Because it's summer let me share to one of the best and all time favorite dessert here in the philippines, Halo-halo. This stuff is awesome just like me! Kidding. 😉 But seriously this is one of the popular and favorite dessert here, it is japanese origin.
It's consists of a blend of fruits, milk, sweet preseves and shaved ice. It is frequently topped with a scoop of ice cream, ube or even leche plan.
other people also put jackfruit sometimes.
The "Halo-halo" tagalog word literally means Mix-mix referring to the hodgepodge of ingredients.
So make sure to mix all the fruits, before digging in. 😉 🍧
