New Ice Cream Concept?
Today I visited an ice cream parlour that had just opened near my home. They have a very - at least in Germany - unknown concept of selling ice cream. You can choose between a handful of flavours, add as many variations to your bowl as you like and pay by weight. There are also a lot of toppings you can choose from for free (I counted 15!). It was very delicious and the perfect addition to a perfect summer day.

I they are pretty popular in America. Im from a small town and when they put in a Sweet Frog about 30min away it was like the biggest thing ever. Lines always out the door. Now i live in a bigger city and they have like 3 different stores here. They are still pretty spred out but still.
