Instant Cooking

Yes, I took the easy way out today in terms of cooking and that's nothing to be ashamed about. Today is Sunday and an off day for me at work so I just want to lie in bed and relax. If I had the choice of not cooking I would have definitely opted for that but since I have to cook for myself I decided to make sine Instant Noodles.

The name Instant Noodles does suit this dish a lot as it hardly requires any time to cook and it is definitely delicious. Yes, I could have packed it with more flavors if I wanted but I just want to roll in my bed for the day so I kept it super simple. The Ingredients are basically the Instant Noodles, Carrots, Potatoes, peas, and some spices that's all it took to make this dish.
