3 healthy Dishes

So I am making this post for the contest hold by @cryptokraze .

I was busy these few days and I hope I am not too late to submit my post.

So here goes Dish Number 1 Salad

So when we talk about healthy dishes the first thing that comes to my mind is a salad .

INGREDIENTS

Cucumber
Carrots
Cabbage
Cherry tomatoes
Lettuce
Apple cider vinegar
Red pepper
Flax seeds
Grated garlic
Olive oil
Salt

PREPARATION

First of all wash all the veggies and cut them as you prefer. I am not getting in the whole dicing process as most of us have their own preferences.
For the dressing of the salad add 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 spoon red pepper, 1/2 spoon flax seeds, 1/2 spoon ginger grated, 1 spoon olive oil and add salt to your own taste. The dressing is prepared.
Add this dressing to your salad and enjoy.

USEFULLNESS

As for its usefulness it's light on calories but on the same time it digests at a very slow rate this having a feeling in your tummy that you are full. It also helps in burning calories .

My dish number 2 Egg Cup

INGREDIENTS

Oil
Eggs
Spring onion
Bell peppers
Feta cheese
Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION

Grease the inside of a microwable cup with oil.
Add two eggs to it.
Add spring onions and bell pepper to the mix.
To finish it off add some salt and pepper to the mix.
Whisk it well with a spoon.
Microwave it for 2 minutes.
Toss some flax seed over the top.
Your dish is ready.

USEFULLNESS

It has the same USEFULLNESS as the above dish intact all three dishes I am going to tell about have the same characteristics.

My dish number 3 Red Hummus with Chips

INGREDIENTS

Chickpeas
Tomatoes
Bell peppers
Lemon juice
Garlic
Sesame seed paste
Red pepper
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Sweet potato

PREPARATION

Add soaked chickpeas,tomatoes,bell peppers,lemon juice,garlic,sesame seed paste,red pepper,salt,black pepper and olive oil to a grinder and mix them well to make a hummus like paste.
Make thin slices of sweet potato and roast them in the oven untill it's a bit charry on the outside.
Your dish is ready.

All these dishes are low on calories but have a high thermogenic effect when you eat it. It will help you to burn calories without any effort. Although I'm not saying that you are going to be slim and thin but it will help.

Some of you guys might think that my dishes are too simple, but I like things simple why do we need to complicate every thing it's just food have it the way you want it.
