Chicken casserole with tomatoes!

 This dish makes my wife,and it's very hearty and delicious!

 chicken breast (fillet) - 4 PCs.
 eggplant - 2-3 PC.
 tomatoes - 3-4 pieces.
 cheese - 150 gr.
 garlic - 1 clove,
 dill
 vegetable oil for frying
 salt, red and black pepper to taste

Preparation:
Eggplant wash,cut the tails off and dry.Slice them lengthwise,thin strips,put in bowl,add salt and leave for 20 minutes.From eggplant to drain the resulting juice.

Chicken breast wash,well Pat dry and cut each into 4 pieces.The chicken pieces put in a bag and beat off.Chops a little salt and pepper.

Tomatoes wash,dry,cut out the stalk and cut into rings.Garlic peel and finely chop.Greens wash,dry and chop.Grate cheese on a grater.In a frying pan heat a little vegetable oil,lay strips of eggplant and fry for 2 minutes on each side.Eggplant to pass on a paper napkin to get rid of excess fat.

Form for baking grease with butter and place a layer of eggplant slightly overlap each other.On top put chopped chicken fillet.Then again, eggplant and chicken again.Then put the mugs of tomatoes.

Tomatoes season with a little salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped garlic and herbs.Sprinkle the top with cheese.

Put the form in heated to 130°C oven and bake for 20 minutes.Remove the form with the casserole out of the oven, let stand for 21 minutes and serve.
