Pancakes for breakfast.

Hello friends,

I usually make pancakes from the scratch, but this time I decided to try this pancake mix. It has little cute confetti in it.

So, I just followed the instructions and mixed up the batter.

Poured 1/4 of cup on the heated pan and cooked about 1.5-2 minutes one side, then flipped the pancake.

Here is my first pancake.

This is how they look inside. Pancakes turned out tasty and fluffy. My kids loved eating them with a Maple syrup, and my husband liked it with cheese.

I personally can eat them just plain.
