Sounds so delightfully fresh! I made bourbon glazed roasted carrots yesterday, the last of my carrots are being harvested so this recipe comes in handy!

    It was really very delicious my friend, do try it! Oh homegrown carrots will be even more yummy! Roast them well with the mild spices...hmmm heavenly!
