Grill chicken in gas stove

Currently, many people love to eat grill chicken in chicken items. This delicious grill chicken can be made easily at home and can be made in gas furnaces without oven, but it does not matter.
The recipe is-

Materials :

Chicken meat 2 kg, ginger paste 1 table spoon, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of hot spicy powder, 1 table spoon of kebab spice, Mustard oil 4 tablespoons, tomato sauce 1/2 cup, talk yogurt a cup, salt amount, soybean oil for frying.

Methodology:

Make sure to mix all the spices and mustard oil with talk yogurt. Leave 30 minutes Chop the chicken, chop it with a spoon or cut the spots with a knife. The spices will enter easily. Now the poultry meat is well sprayed and sprayed. Marinate for 2/3 hours. Now put soybean oil in a non-stick pan. When the oil is hot in pan, heat the chicken pieces and fry them over medium heat. After one side turn the other side and pan and fry it on the lid. It will be very soft. Brush spices occasionally.
If the two sides are fry well and drain the meat. Serve hot with luchi, paraota, naan bread or polao, with sauce / chutney, delicious grill chicken.
