Cachapas
Hola mis bellos amigos de steemit ..!!
hoy les quiero mostrar la receta de las deliciosas CACHAPAS
Comida fácil y sencilla, pero que deleita mi paladar, es una de mis comidas favoritas...
Yo las preparé ayer, que no me sentía muy bien y por lo rapido y practico las hice, normalmente se acompaña con cochino frito, queso de mano y aguacate (todo un manjar de dioses).
INGREDIENTES
1kilo de masa de maiz( aqui en venezuela la vende en todos lados, si no las consigue puedes comprar jojoto y con un cuchillo cortar sus granos, luego moler en un molino o procesador de alimento, evite usar la licuadora ya que no queda igual).
Agua.
Azúcar.
Sal.
PROCEDIMIENTO
Colocar la masa de en un envase grande agregar agua, azúcar y sal poco a poco hasta que la consistencia y el sabor sea el adecuado para ti, no debe quedar líquida.
Calentar bastante el budare, plancha o sartén y agregarle un poco de grasa luego de que este caliente, colocar una porción de masa y extender, esperar 2 min y voltear.
Agregar mantequilla y queso y disfrutar de esta delicia.
