This afternoon I walked toward the city of Banda Aceh, because the stomach is hungry, so I stopped at a food stall in Geureugok. This place is my stalls subscription, it's called "Sate Apaleh". I am very happy to eat in this place because the service was good, the food is still fresh and spacious car park. Every day satay stall spent two cows to form all the food menu that will they provide to many customers.

I saw a lot of cars parked in front of the stall just to eat lunch because he was tired on the way. I immediately into the shop and called the waiter while ordering food. This afternoon I ordered one menu satay cooked. They serve some food items to complement the first main menu.

Moreover, the uniqueness of this diner is when they slaughter the cows, they are split between meat, bones, brain, ribs, fat, and their intestines and offal cooked in a separate menu. You can order it at once. That then can I refer to as, "they sell one cow each day intact".


WHITE RICE

Look, first of all they serve me white rice, in succession with peanut sauce, beef fat soup, until the beef rib bone soup. 3 This menu eaten simultaneously, satay dipped in peanut sauce milled, while the soup we enter into the white rice. Each piece satay has a flavor that is crisp, fresh, and supplemented with soy sauce and dipped in peanut sauce milled.


PIECES OF SATAY

This is beef punctured using a puncture bamboo, they cook with mature, and every intersection, there are already burning fat flame grilled. Satay is grilled with special charcoal that their message from the collector. The charcoal had been joined to make sense of this sate the more crunchy and soft.


PEANUT SAUCE

This soup taste different from the taste of fat soup earlier. This soup is cooked separately with stew beef rib bone, sometimes if there is still stock, the soup is also contained cow's femur that had a delicious marrow fluid inside.

CUCUMBER JUICES

As a complement to the cuisine menu satay, this juice was served presented to you even if you did not order, unless you refuse to accept it. Cucumber juice was served along with beef satay because it is believed to lower cholesterol levels after eating beef.

Not only that, the freshness can eliminate fatigue and tired of you to continue your journey. I often make it at home, because it can stabilize high blood pressure.


BLACK COFFEE

Well, if this is a hobby for myself, I always drink coffee when consuming any food. My coffee to be excellent. Because after the meal, I enjoy this coffee with quite a long time, I take it little by little, before continuing my journey.

Did you know why this meat is called "Sate-Matang"? "Sate" is satay, and "Matang" actually in the Indonesian language is called "cooked", but here "Matang" was taken from the name of the village pieces popularized the name of this satay, that is "Matang Geulumpang Dua". This small town has a good taste in every cullinary.
