My Husband Requested Me To Cook "Paksiw na Bangus" ala @arashikawaii
I'm really glad to have a loving and interesting family. I usually request my husband and my daughter to do or make something and in their case, they usually request me to cook something.
My husband @jhunalvarado was craving to eat "Paksiw na Bangus" recently, so I decided to cook it for him. Of course, I requested my daughter to take a picture of it this time. It's great to help each other, right? So I will share my recipe for "Paksiw na Bangus" below. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg. Milkfish (Bangus)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 3 pcs. chili finger
- 1 teaspoon peppercorn (optional)
PROCEDURE:
In my case, I simply mix all the ingredients in a pot or casserole.
- First, arrange the fish inside the casserole.
- Pour in vinegar and water. Then add the salt, sliced onion, garlic as well as the chili finger.
- Bring them to boil until the fish is thoroughly cooked.
- You can also add a little amount of vegetable oil or used oil from pork adobo. (just enough to savour the taste)
- Serve it to your loved ones!
Adding bitter gourd or eggplant is also good, though optional. As for my version this time, it's the simple one.
Rest assured, it tasted yummy that my husband was really happy when he ate it.
I hope you try this recipe out! It's really delicious that your loved ones will love it, too! :) Thank you so much for checking out my recipe for today! Have a wonderful day or night everyone!
