Sekarang saya akan membahas tentang timphan (makanan khas aceh) selaku teman dari minuman kopi, kebiasaan kita orang aceh setiap ada perayaan, pesta dan kenduri selalu disuguhi dengan makanan timphan dan minumnya tetap kopi.

Timphan adalah salah satu jenis kue khas aceh, dia tergolong kepada kue basah yang terbuat dari tepung beras ketan dan pisang kadang - kadang bisa diganti pisang dengan labu kuning (Tanah). isi didalamnya biasa di isi dengan kelapa parut atau srikaya, makanan timphan ini sangat terkenal diaceh dan sering dijumpai disemua warung kopi.

Kue Timphan ini memiliki cita rasa yang sangat khas, perpaduan rasa manis dan gurih pada adonan ketan tentu memberikan sensasi tersendiri saat kita menyantapnya. Didukung dengan isi timphan yang terbuat dari parutan kelapa atau srikaya tentu membuat rasa Kue Timphan ini semakin nikmat. Selain itu teksturnya yang halus dan aroma pisang semakin membuat rasa Kue Timphan ini semakin komplit.

Now I will discuss about timphan (aceh typical food) as a friend of the coffee drink, our habit of aceh people every celebration, party and banquet always served with timphan food and drink it coffee.

Timphan is one of aceh's typical cakes, she is categorized into a wet cake made from glutinous rice flour and banana can sometimes be replaced by banana with yellow pumpkin (Ground). The content inside is usually filled with grated coconut or srikaya, this timphan food is very famous diaceh and often found in all coffee shops.

This Timphan cake has a very distinctive taste, a mixture of sweet and savory taste on the sticky dough certainly gives its own sensation when we eat it. Supported with the contents of timphan made from grated coconut or srikaya certainly make this Timphan taste more delicious. In addition, the texture is smooth and the smell of bananas increasingly makes the taste of this Timphan Cake more complete.
