Mini pancakes with strawberry and cream...

Food for little picky eaters!
last festive season I was thinking of something to give for school christmas lunch. My son's school is school for special children and most likely a big number of picky eaters.

So I bought mini pancakes, nutella and cream.
spread some nutella and stack the pancakes put cream on top cut the strawberry make a hole in the middle to put some cream on the strawberry and dust some icing sugar. For those who is not in gluten sugar peanut allergy diet its a hit!

And even its not feastive season anymore my kids still request it!
