I get that eating ribs started as a way to prevent wasting food, it's cheaper than stake and meat is meat with bones or not, the one thing I can't understand is all the hype around it, does it really taste better than stake?
I should mention that I never eaten either so I can't judge myself.

Slow cooked, the ribs are very juicy and tender enough that you can peel it off the bone without any effort. Since it retains the marinade well, the flavors are really on point with every bite. After years of watching ribs cooked in a food channel, I'd say they are one of my more favored pork cuts outside bacon. :)

Can confirm. I find the textures of ribs better than steak in my mouth. It's also easier to flavor it as mentioned. If anything, I think steak is overrated.

I think the comparison allows for another entire article. But surely a great debate over meat. Extravagance versus left over meat. The prince and the pauper. Id enjoy making that.

True, it seems I have to taste and judge them myself 😁

To be fair, they are both good. I just think it's silly to think one is better than the other when they are not even the same thing.

I'll be looking forward to that article in the future.
