Spaghetti with mushrooms in cream sauce
Ingredients:
- 200g of spaghetti;
- 200 g mushrooms;
- 200 g cream;
- 1 processed cheese;
- 1 onion;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- Salt, pepper, herbs.
Preparation:
- Spaghetti boil in salted water.
- Mushrooms cut into plates, fry with onions in a frying pan, adding oil and butter.
- Processed cheese grate and add to the mushrooms.
- Next add the cream, keep up the heat until completely melted processed cheese. Turn off the gas, add to the sauce with salt, pepper and garlic squeezed.
- Mix everything and add to the cooked spaghetti.
Garnish with herbs and serve. Optionally, all sprinkled with grated cheese.
