Spaghetti with mushrooms in cream sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200g of spaghetti;
  • 200 g mushrooms;
  • 200 g cream;
  • 1 processed cheese;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • Salt, pepper, herbs.

Preparation:

  1. Spaghetti boil in salted water.
  2. Mushrooms cut into plates, fry with onions in a frying pan, adding oil and butter.
  3. Processed cheese grate and add to the mushrooms.
  4. Next add the cream, keep up the heat until completely melted processed cheese. Turn off the gas, add to the sauce with salt, pepper and garlic squeezed.
  5. Mix everything and add to the cooked spaghetti.
    Garnish with herbs and serve. Optionally, all sprinkled with grated cheese.
