So many superlatives...

Lasagna by definition is an "al-forno" dish made with several layers of lasagna sheets alternated with meats and cheese, sauces and other ingredients such as vegetables or eggs.

Most of the recipes are based on different combinations of ingredients, different types of meat or cheeses. 

Some of them contain only vegetables, mostly spinach, and cheese.

All of them use Lasagna Sheets.

My secret twist is replacing the sheets with ravioli, yes, layers of ravioli.

Most of the times, I use ravioli spinach, other times ravioli cheese or ravioli sweet potato.

My lasagna is the best-made lasagna ever.
