Carbonara paste.

Carbon paste is a traditional Italian dish. It includes spaghetti with small pieces of salted smoked pork cheeks mixed with egg sauce and parmesan cheese with the addition of salt and freshly ground pepper.
However, in other countries cream is often added and the pig cheek is replaced with smoked bacon.
