An argument over food

Today myself and my girlfriend had an argument over food. I don't know how much more of these types of arguments I can take. I love her but she is constantly nagging me and says I'm bad at making food. The only way I could see our relationship lasting long term if she was more patient and less hot headed. Honestly I don't know. Coronavirus and both of us living overseas makes it difficult. Not easy right now.
