Ingredients.

1. Chia seeds smoothie: 1/4 small bowl of blueberry, 1/3 small bowl of pineapple, 1/2 small bowl of spinach, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 banana.

2. Mango pineapple smoothie: 1/2 small bowl of pineapple, 1/2 small bowl of mango, 1 tbsp of linseed powder, 1 banana.

3. Strawberry smoothie: 1/3 small bowl of raspberry, 1/2 small bowl of strawberry, 1/4 small bowl of blueberry, 1/2 small bowl of spinach, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 banana.

4. Avocado peanut butter smoothie: 2 tbsps of peanut butter, 1 tbsp of linseed powder, 1 banana, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, ice cubes.
