A really easy way to drink enough water is to mark a gallon water bottle. Each mark should be a time that are two hours apart. For example, start at 8:00am and draw a line, then another at 10:00am, another at 12:00pm etc. The goal is to drink the water until it gets to that line before the time written on the bottle. This will ensure that you drink 128oz a day.

For those that are active 128oz will really help for recovery! :)
