Delicious Bread low in carbohydrates, gluten-free and slimming.

Hello friends!

Today I wanted to prepare a nutritious, healthy and low calorie snack. A little fitness wave, I will start training tomorrow at the gym and I know that by increasing physical activity, I tend to feel more appetite, and eat more calories, which do not favor me to obtain my goal, because the goal is to create a deficit of calories ingested compared to calories burned, so that the body uses its fat reserves in its process of obtaining energy and performing its vital processes.

To do this, rather than restrict the consumption of certain foods, I will try to change them for healthier versions, just as delicious. In this sense, today I bring you a version of bread, but low in carbohydrates and nutritious, because I placed seeds of sesame, flaxseed, chia, wholemeal coconut flour and a little oat flakes, an important amount of proteins because I added clear of eggs and stevia as a sweetener. A special version for people with special and healthy diets, celiac, gluten intolerant, diabetic and even to offer our children and encourage healthy eating from an early age.

With the consumption of this bread, you will be providing your body with important nutrients by incorporating the following ingredients.

Chia Seeds:

pura vida

Rich in essential fats, such as omega 3 and 6, which favor the absorption of various vitamins in our body and contributes to the proper functioning of glandular activity, likewise, it contributes to the maintenance of nervous and cardiovascular health.

For the preparation of our low carb bread, we use 1/3 cup of chia. You can hydrate them previously 4 hours and then add it to the preparation.

Linseed or flax seed:

Also rich in omega 3 fats, fibers and lignans, which gives antioxidant, estrogenic, protective against cancer, reduces inflammation and helps regulate blood sugar levels.

We also use 1/3 cup of flax seed, add it directly into the bowl where we are preparing our dough.

Sesame seeds:

Rich source of vitamin B complex and E, minerals such as zinc, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, rich in protein and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.

The amount to add to prepare our delicious bread is also 1/3 cup, as in the case of the other types of seeds.

Then we add 2 cups of coconut flour or almond flour, in my country the latter is very expensive although it is my favorite in terms of flavor, however, use the first, it has the same effect and its purchase price is more accessible . Also place 4 egg whites, stevia to taste, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of yeast, cinnamon powder, two teaspoons of vanilla essence and 1/3 cup of oatmeal flakes, finally water or almond milk or of any other seed, then I joined and kneaded until obtaining the consistency of dough.

Once the dough is obtained, depending on the thickness we want, we extend it in a special baking dish. We leave for 30 minutes in the oven, at approximately 180 ° C.
