I use cottage cheese in this pie. But you can do without it. Some believe that dairy food is also evil. But I'm not one of them. I believe that moderate consumption of dairy products does not harm the body. Especially dairy products are so beneficial to our digestion. I love cottage cheese and yoghurts and I eat them several times a week. So in this recipe I allowed myself to add cheese to the filling.
- Flour-2 glasses,
- butter 100 gr
- cold water 50 ml,
- sweet apples 3 pieces,

- cottage cheese 150 gr.
1. The flour is mixed with butter until it forms crumbs.
2. Add salt and water.
3. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
4. Apples cut into slices, sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Cottage cheese mash with a fork.
6. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out.
7. Put one part of the dough in the form, carefully distribute the cottage cheese, apples on top, cover it all with the second part of the dough and pinch the edges.
8. Brush with beaten egg yolk.
9. Bake 40 minutes in the oven.
